Induction Day 9

Breakfast @ 8.45 am - Salad Tuna

Lunch @ 12.30 pm - Ikan Kembung masak asam + Sayur Kobis + Hati dan pedal masak kunyit

Dinner @ 8.30 - 2 biji telur hancur, digoreng dengan baby sawi, tomato, red capsicum dan batang celery.

Workout - Berjalan dan berjogging berselang seli atas treadmill selama 25 mins (2km) + Abs crunch (20 x) + Stretching exercise (10 mins)

Cik Shu rasa macam dah muak la asyik makan telur =(
